Integration Process: Unlocking Your Power for Self-Healing

After receiving an illumination healing session, you are working on the integration process for unlocking your power for self healing trust that you are on your way to a beautiful new beginning. A powerful practice for you to further release anything that comes up is to create a sand painting on the ground outside on the earth or in a patio area if you are in the city.

  • Blow into stones, sticks, or objects to represent what you're releasing

  • Place them in a circle on the earth

  • Add leaves, pine needles, or other aspects to represent people involved

  • Reinforce the healing session and release additional emotions

  • Leave the sand painting for two weeks, adjusting as needed

  • After two weeks, choose an object to burn or bury, symbolizing final release

Ancestral Healing: Connecting with Your Bloodline

If you received a session with ancestral healing or you are working through issues from the bloodline that may be affecting your current reality, consider making an ancestral altar.

  • Create an altar space in your home, excluding the bedroom

  • Place photos, objects, and items representing your ancestors

  • Honor them and express gratitude for their gifts

  • Feed the altar for two weeks with candles, incense, flowers, fruits, and chocolate

  • After two weeks, decide whether to maintain or dismantle the altar, based on personal preference

Soul Retrieval: Nurturing Your Lost Soul Part

If you received a soul retrieval and you have reconnected with a lost soul part, or younger version of yourself and the gifts that you received then nurture that part of you to stay integrated as one whole.

  • Remember your worth and prioritize your needs

  • Nurture your soul part and younger self

  • Determine their needs for happiness and integration

  • Engage in practices that communicate with the language of the soul

  • Participate in soul-feeding activities like art, poetry, music, drumming, and chanting

  • Continue to walk the beauty way on the hero’s journey
